The documentary Small Fly Big Impact is the result of the work of three film students from the Netherlands who have been following the work of Proteen.
Proteen is a start-up in Uganda that has developed a sustainable solution for the unavailable, poor-quality and expensive protein sources for animal feed using the black soldier fly.
The documentary tells the bigger story behind Proteen’s work and shows you the different aspects of what they do to help change the world!
The documentary will premiere at Circular Design Hub Kampala from where the makers have worked from. The documentary will be followed by after talk and Q&A with the makers.
